Mechanical Properties of Laser Welded Joint of Copper and Steel Dissimilar Metals

چکیده
In this research project, copper and stainless steel were connected by two laser welding methods: straight seam swing welding. Then, electronic tensile test machine, X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope metallographic used to analyze the properties, macroscopic microscopic structure morphology phase of welded joint. Based on experimental results, we determined that strength joint was higher. Because intermetallic compound near weld in process, it leads stress concentration, crack cracking reduction. addition, oscillating beam also disorderly direction columnar crystal coarse structure, which makes decrease.
